Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Herzstück des Buches, Kap. 4, ist besonders, weil jeder der fünf Autoren in seinem Unterkapitel seinen eigenen Schreibstil und seine Authentizität einbringt. Während die anderen Kapitel einheitlich formuliert wurden, brechen wir hier aus. Doch nicht nur die Stile machen dieses Kapitel einzigartig, sondern auch die persönlichen Geschichten aus dem Alltag der Autoren als Väter. In fünf Kategorien beschreibt jeder Autor drei essenzielle Fähigkeiten, die für die Verantwortung einer Transformation nötig sind. Das Kapitel bietet 15 Fähigkeiten, persönliche Anekdoten und deren Übertragungen in den beruflichen Alltag – ein absolutes Muss. Zu Beginn wird beschrieben, wie die Fähigkeiten im Team erarbeitet wurden.
