Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 3 ist ein wichtiges Übergangskapitel von der Theorie in die Praxis. Dabei wird zunächst auf Führung bzw. auf den Vergleich zwischen Führung und Leadership eingegangen, da das Wort „Führung“ eine essenzielle Rolle in diesem Buch spielt. Anschließend widmen sich die Autoren ihrer unerwarteten „Schulung der Führung“ – jedoch mit einem Twist: Sie stellen klar, dass die Schule der Führung per se nicht unerwartet ist, lediglich für sie persönlich überraschend war. Auch hier zeigen die Autoren wieder ihre Authentizität und Ehrlichkeit: Andere waren vielleicht schon weiter und haben es längst erkannt. Ein Kapitel mit Leib und Seele der Autoren – einfach „Leadership“.
