Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung ist mehr als das Steuern von Prozessen – sie bedeutet, Beziehungen zu gestalten und Menschen zu inspirieren. Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet, wie personale und organisationale Führung ineinandergreifen, warum Beziehungsqualität der Schlüssel zu Resilienz ist und wie Selbstführung zur Grundlage einer sinnorientierten und wertebasierten Führung wird.
