Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung ist mehr als Techniken und Strategien – sie ist ein Ausdruck von Haltung. Die zehn Impulse zeigen, dass nachhaltige Führung immer bei der Selbstführung beginnt. Wer sich selbst führen kann, schafft Orientierung für andere. Führung auf festem Grund bedeutet, nicht nur kurzfristige Ziele zu verfolgen, sondern eine sinnzentrierte Führungskultur zu entwickeln, die Menschen inspiriert und Organisationen stärkt.
