Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag wird mit Rückgriff auf Polanyis Konzept des impliziten Wissens aufgezeigt, dass Improvisation eine herausragende Leistung unseres Wahrnehmungs- und Erkenntnisapparates ist. Einzelne Elemente werden in einer impliziten Integration zusammengefügt. Solche impliziten Lernmodi gelten als effiziente Anpassungsleistungen an komplexe Aufgabenstrukturen. Denn bei einer gelungenen impliziten Integration erwerben wir auch jene Kompetenzen, die uns zur Improvisation als einer situativen Anpassung unseres Wissens befähigen. Allerdings ist das implizite Wissen nicht vollständig bewusst und sprachlich vermittelbar. Organisationen müssen daher die für ein implizites Lernen erforderlichen Räume und Kommunikationsstrukturen schaffen, um die Improvisationsfähigkeit ihrer Mitarbeiter zu stärken. Da die Fähigkeit zur Mustererkennung für implizites Wissen wesentlich ist, müssen geeignete Auswahlverfahren entwickelt werden, um die dafür geeigneten Mitarbeiter zu finden.
