Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wir beleuchten die Bedeutung von Diversität als essentiellen Bestandteil einer nachhaltigen Veränderungskultur in Unternehmen. Die Integration von Diversität ist ein fortlaufender Change-Prozess, welcher eine veränderte Form von Führung und eine angepasste strategische Ausrichtung beinhaltet. Erste praktische Schritte sind für jede:n umsetzbar und schaffen ein Umfeld, in dem Unterschiede zu Potenzial werden dürfen. So wird Diversität zum strategischen Vorteil! Unternehmen, die Vielfalt wirklich leben, sind besser aufgestellt, um den Herausforderungen der Zukunft zu begegnen.
