Abstract

Zusammenfassung Agilität, Digitalisierung, Künstliche Intelligenz und Nachhaltigkeit sind Überschriften, unter denen in den letzten Jahren viele Transformationsprojekte in Organisationen gestartet wurden. Diese sind in der Regel nicht unabhängig voneinander. Sie beeinflussen die gleichen Strukturen, Menschen, Prozesse und Ziele. Sie verlaufen nicht parallel, sondern sind viel mehr auf unterschiedlichste Weise miteinander verwoben. Dadurch gewinnt die Umsetzung von Veränderungsvorhaben nochmals mehr an Komplexität, und es wird umso bedeutender, Zusammenhänge zu erschließen, um der Komplexität zu begegnen und Veränderungen nachhaltig zu gestalten. Der Artikel zeigt Möglichkeiten auf, wie es gelingen kann, Zusammenhänge zwischen Transformationsprojekten strukturiert zu identifizieren, zu erschließen und daraus Handlungsoptionen für die kritischen Erfolgsfaktoren von Veränderungsprojekten abzuleiten.
