Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als Fernleitungsnetzbetreiber, der bisher zu einem überwiegenden Teil fossiles Erdgas transportiert hat, trägt die Thyssengas GmbH eine besondere Verantwortung für das Gelingen einer klimaneutralen Energieversorgung. Das Unternehmen hat sich das Ziel gesetzt, Wasserstoff und andere grüne Gase in den Mittelpunkt seines Geschäftsmodells zu rücken. Dies erfordert neue Strukturen, klare Ziele und ein wachsendes Team aus Experten. Thyssengas möchte die Transformation aktiv mitgestalten und die bestehende Infrastruktur langfristig für den Transport von Wasserstoff und anderer grüner Gase nutzen. Die Unternehmensstrategie zielt darauf ab, eine nachhaltige Energieversorgung ohne fossile Energieträger zu ermöglichen. Thyssengas setzt auf Digitalisierung und eine flexible Organisation, um den Herausforderungen des Marktes gerecht zu werden. Die Entwicklung einer starken Arbeitgebermarke und die Implementierung von Werten und Führungsleitlinien sind zentrale Maßnahmen, um die Transformation erfolgreich zu gestalten.
