Abstract

Zusammenfassung Menschen und Organisationen befinden sich kontinuierlich im Wandel. Äußere sowie innere Einflüsse wie Globalisierung, technologische Entwicklungen, veränderte Gesetzgebung und kultureller Wandel beschäftigen Organisationen seit Jahren. Zahlreiche Transformationsvorhaben sind die Folge, häufig mit dem übergeordneten Ziel: Die Zukunftsfähigkeit der Organisation zu erhalten. Diese führen zu veränderten Strukturen und Aufgaben, oft zusätzlich zum bereits Existierenden. Selten wird dabei thematisiert, welcher zusätzliche Ballast durch diese Veränderungen entsteht und welche Strukturen und Aufgaben obsolet werden. Wie kann kontinuierlicher Wandel also effizient gestaltet werden, ohne die Organisation dauerhaft zu überlasten? Welche Rolle spielen wir selbst dabei, unabhängig unserer Aufgaben, Funktion oder Titel? Der Systematische Frühjahrsputz liefert einen leichtgewichtigen Ansatz, mit dem beständiger Wandel hin zu einer schlanken, effizienten Organisation gelingen kann.
