Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn Teams sich zur Bearbeitung von Problemen oder zur Weiterentwicklung für das Beratungsformat Teamcoaching entscheiden, steht immer auch die Frage der Nachhaltigkeit der Maßnahme im Raum. Im folgenden Artikel wird aufgezeigt, dass die konsequente Anwendung systemischer Prinzipien die Wahrscheinlichkeit erhöht, dass durch das Coaching nachhaltige Effekte erzielt werden können. Obwohl sich systemische Vorgehensweisen – insbesondere die Ressourcen- und LösungsorientierungLösungsorientierung – zunehmend im organisationalen Alltag zu etablieren beginnen, machen sie immer noch einen Unterschied zum gewohnten Umgang mit Problemen in einem Team. Diese Unterschiede werden anhand von fünf systemischen Prinzipien aufgezeigt und mit konkreten MethodenvorschlägenMethoden anwendungsorientiert illustriert.
