Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ob man die Welt nun VUCA oder BANI nennt, das moderne Arbeitsleben ist zunehmend geprägt von regelmäßigen Veränderungen. Als Gewohnheitstiere reagieren die meisten Menschen darauf in der Regel erstmal mit Ablehnung – wie kann Veränderung trotzdem gelingen? Psychologische Modelle, wie die kognitive Trias von Thorsten Rexer, können uns die richtigen Stellschrauben aufzeigen, um Veränderung erfolgreich zu managen. Die Erfahrung von Scrum Mastern wiederum kann uns Führungswerkzeuge nennen, mit denen sich an den Schrauben drehen lässt. Gemeinsam können die kognitive Trias und passende Werkzeuge aus dem Alltag von Scrum Mastern nachhaltige Veränderungen im Team deutlich erleichtern.
