Triple Transformation: Erst digital, dann grün und jetzt auch noch sozial nachhaltig?

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachhaltigkeit bedeutet, die Bedürfnisse der Menschen von heute zu befriedigen, ohne die Fähigkeit künftiger Generationen zu gefährden dasselbe zu tun. Dies beinhaltet ökologische, wirtschaftliche und soziale Aspekte [1]. Derzeit stehen Unternehmen vor einer dreifachen Transformation, indem sie im Zuge der digitalen Transformation Wachstum mit ökologischer und sozialer Nachhaltigkeit erreichen, um die Nachhaltigkeitsziele der Vereinten Nationen zu erreichen und ESGESG-Kriterien zu erfüllen. Die digitale TransformationDigitale Transformation birgt jedoch Chancen und Risiken für die Arbeitnehmenden, wie z. B. den Erwerb digitaler Fähigkeiten, die Gefahr der digitalen Ausgrenzung oder die Angst vor Arbeitsplatzverlust [2, 3]. Wie können Unternehmen damit umgehen? Dieses Kapitel stellt den Kontext aktueller Transformationsentwicklungen dar, erklärt Nachhaltigkeit diesbezüglich und arbeitet heraus, wen Transformationsprozesse betreffen sowie was diese beinhalten, basierend auf exemplarischen Forschungsergebnissen.
