Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer Welt, die von ständigem Wandel geprägt ist, wird deutlich, dass Veränderung unausweichlich ist. Change Management allein reicht nicht aus, um diesem Wandel erfolgreich zu begegnen. Der Fokus muss vielmehr darauf liegen, wie Teams und Individuen konstruktiv und dauerhaft mit dieser DynamikDynamik umgehen können. Die zentralen Fragen lauten: Wie können Teams ihre Leistungsfähigkeit und Zufriedenheit nachhaltig bewahren, während sie sich kontinuierlich anpassen? Wie lassen sich auf Grundlage der Akzeptanz des Wandels resiliente Teamstrukturen mit einer guten Balance aus Stabilität und Flexibilität entwickeln und mit welchem Verständnis von FührungFührung kann dies gelingen?
