Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sie verstand es nicht. Im Laufe ihrer Führungslaufbahn hatte sie immer wieder bewiesen, dass sie hochkomplexe Fragestellungen durchdringen und Lösungen dazu finden konnte. Doch diese Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) war eine andere Angelegenheit. Ihre erprobten Ansätze und Führungsinstrumente liefen ins Leere. Stellen wir uns die Situation, in der Entscheider sich gerade wiederfinden, vor. Viele ihrer Mitarbeitenden bringen KI-Tools mit zum Arbeitsplatz. Sie nutzen sie häufig „illegal“ und tragen den Wandel als Avantgarde ins Unternehmen hinein. Ein anderer Teil ist von der neuen Technologie eingeschüchtert. Eine dritte Gruppe zeichnet sich durch Gleichgültigkeit aus. Und die Führungskraft weiß selbst noch nicht, wohin das Ganze führt. Ein typisches Change-Vorhaben? Nein! KI verändert das Team- und Kommunikationsgefüge dramatisch. Mit ihr hält eine an sich unverständliche Maschine als kompetenter Gesprächspartner Einzug in die Organisation. Das sorgt für Irritation und eröffnet neue Chancen für eine nachhaltige, zukunftsfähige Veränderung.
