Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der immer schneller werdende Wandel treibt auch die Unternehmen vor sich her. Geschäftsmodelle müssen angepasst, neue Technologien gemeistert und Mitarbeitende motiviert werden, ihr Bestes zu geben, um sich langfristig erfolgreich zu behaupten. Schnell wird durch das Management eine Transformation ausgerufen. Doch wie managen? Muss sie doch erfolgreich sein, trotz der hohen Unsicherheit, die auf dem Veränderungsvorhaben lastet. Das Transformation Team ist ein möglicher Ansatz, diese Herausforderung zu meistern. Als das für die Veränderung verantwortliche Team treibt es den Wandel im Unternehmen fokussiert voran. Um der hohen Unsicherheit gerecht zu werden, setzt das Team auf agile Arbeitsweisen. So schaffen die Mitglieder es, alle zwei Wochen Ergebnisse zu liefern, um erstes Feedback von Mitarbeitenden zu generieren und integrieren. Das Management hat zudem den Vorteil, dass die engmaschige Steuerung sofort zeigt, ob der Weg richtig ist und er schnelle Kurskorrekturen erlaubt.
