Abstract

Zusammenfassung Fortlaufend müssen Arbeitsweisen verändert, Organisationseinheiten neu geschnitten und Abläufe effizienter gestaltet werden. „Der Change“ gilt für viele Mitarbeitende als lästig und hat vielfach mit der tatsächlichen Arbeit, der Wertschöpfung, wenig zu tun. Folglich gilt nicht selten die Maxime: Augen zu und durch! Dieser Beitrag kontrastiert mit landläufigen Change-Management-Ansätzen und zeigt, wie Veränderungsarbeit nachhaltig und unternehmerisch sein kann. Statt auf Pläne und Roll-outs, bei dem Wenige eine Lösung für Viele definieren, setzt der „Change Diamond“ auf geteiltes Problemverständnis und gemeinsame Lösungsgestaltung. Dieser iterative Prozess bietet einen verlässlichen Rahmen für die gemeinsame Veränderungsarbeit, indem Pilotgruppen und das gesamte System, das mit den Ergebnissen arbeiten wird, das Anliegen gemeinsam definieren und bearbeiten. Ein exemplarischer Ablauf-Praxis-Case zeigt, wie Veränderung in der Praxis zeitgleich von vielen durchlebt werden kann.
