Abstract

Zusammenfassung OKR (Objectives & Key Results) steht für eine Haltung der iterativen Strategiearbeit und bietet eine Rahmenstruktur, die es Unternehmen ermöglicht, die Zukunft in Zeiten hoher Dynamik und steigender KomplexitätKomplexität erfolgreich und vor allem nachhaltig zu meistern. Damit kann OKR letztlich auch als adaptives Framework herangezogen werden, um die agile TransformationAgile Transformation voranzubringen. Die braucht allerdings Zeit und einen ganzheitlichen Mindshift, schließlich geht es dabei meist um Kulturveränderung.
