Abstract

Zusammenfassung Konflikte sind in Transformationsprozessen unvermeidlich. Ihre Auswirkungen hängen stark davon ab, wie mit ihnen umgegangen wird. Ungelöste Konflikte können den Transformationsprozess erheblich behindern. Konstruktiv gelöste Konflikte bieten Chancen für Innovation, bessere Kommunikation und stärkere Beziehungen. Ein effektives KonfliktmanagementKonfliktmanagement ist daher entscheidend für den Erfolg von Transformationsprozessen. In unserer Spannungsmatrix kombinieren wir systemtheoretische Grundannahmen und Grundlagen der Kommunikationstheorie. In diesem Beitrag zeigen wir auf, wie die Spannungsmatrix als wertvolles Werkzeug eingesetzt werden kann, um die verschiedenen Spannungsfelder zu identifizieren, zu analysieren und zu adressieren. Durch die gezielte Anwendung können Widerstände reduziert und die Erfolgschancen von Veränderungsprozessen erhöht werden.
