Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das 3 × 3-Modell für nachhaltigen Change-Erfolg beschreibt drei zentrale kognitive Überzeugungen, die im Veränderungsmanagement eine Verknüpfung zwischen Change-Intervention und Change-Erfolg herstellen. Diese Überzeugungen werden als kognitive Trias bezeichnet. Sie wirken analog auf der Ebene der individuellen Mitarbeitenden, auf der Teamebene und der Organisationsebene. Die Elemente der kognitiven Trias auf jeder Ebene sind mit ihren Entsprechungen auf den anderen Ebenen verknüpft und von diesen wechselseitig abhängig. Das Modell kann erklären, warum viele Veränderungsprojekte nicht den gewünschten Change-Erfolg erreichen, und wo Verantwortliche in Organisationen für nachhaltig wirksamen Veränderungserfolg ansetzen müssen. Anhand eines fiktiven Beispiels für ein Veränderungsprojekt wird das Modell erläutert und Impulse für konkrete Maßnahmen zur Absicherung des Change-Erfolgs auf allen drei Ebenen der Organisation werden beschrieben.
