Abstract

Zusammenfassung Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) mit Regenerativer Agilität hilft Unternehmen die Grenzen des traditionellen Portfoliomanagements zu überwinden, das dem sich verändernden Geschäfts-, ESG- (Umwelt-, Sozial- und Governance-) und Technologieumfeld und den komplexen Herausforderungen des 21. Jahrhunderts nicht gewachsen ist. Unabhängig davon, ob ein Unternehmen bereits Schritte zur Etablierung von Business Agility unternommen hat, kann LPM mit Regenerativer Agilität eingeführt werden, um die ESG- und finanzielle Leistung zu verbessern. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass LPM ohne Regenerative Agilität sowohl hinsichtlich der ESG- als auch der finanziellen Leistung unzureichend ist. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie LPM mit Regenerativer Agilität die ESG- und Finanzperformance mit den drei Fähigkeiten 1. Zukunftsgestaltung (Anpassungsfähige Strategie und dynamische Investitionen), 2. Steuerung (Adaptive Governance) und 3. Realisierung (Portfolio Flow) optimiert und bei der Entwicklung von ESG-affinen Führungskräften hilft.
