Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag behandelt die Themen Disruption und Transformation in Unternehmen. Disruption wird als Ablösung traditioneller Geschäftsmodelle durch innovative Erneuerungen beschrieben. Es wird betont, dass nachhaltige Transformationen nur durch eine grundlegende Veränderung von Managementmustern und Rollenmodellen möglich sind. Viele innere und äußere Impulse führen zu schnellen und tiefgreifenden Veränderungen in Unternehmensausrichtungen. Traditionelle Managementansätze, die auf hierarchischer Macht und universellen Steuerungsbildern des Managements basieren, stoßen in Veränderungsprozessen an ihre Grenzen. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass Unternehmen grundsätzlich und besonders zu Beginn von Transformationsprozessen klare Rollenerwartungen und Entscheidungsverantwortlichkeiten formulieren sollten, um verdeckte Konflikte zu vermeiden. Ein reflektiertes Führungsrollenverständnis und die Bereitschaft zur Selbstreflexion sind entscheidend für den Erfolg von Transformationsprozessen.
