Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der ökologische FußabdruckÖkologischer Fußabdruck suggeriert, dass NachhaltigkeitNachhaltigkeit in der Verantwortung einzelner Personen liegt. Nachhaltigkeit bedarf jedoch einer systemischen Veränderung. Das heißt die größte Veränderung, die eine Einzelperson bewirken kann, ist in Organisationen einen systemischen Wandel herbeizuführen. Das ist jedoch kein einfaches Unterfangen. Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet unterschiedliche Problemstellungen und deren Lösungsmöglichkeiten, die solch einer Herausforderung im Weg stehen können. Dabei bilden die sogenannten „Fearless Change Patterns“Fearless Change Patterns die Basis für die unterschiedlichen Lösungswege.
