Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Projektwürdigkeitsanalyse fiel kurz aus: Die Einführung einer neuen, umfassenderen Finanzbuchführungslösung ist für jedes Unternehmen ein Vorhaben mit Bedeutung, welches zudem mit Risiken behaftet ist. Zwar berührt es in der Regel nicht die Kernprozesse eines Unternehmens – die Ausnahme sind jene Unternehmen, deren Geschäftszweck auf Finanzbuchführung ausgelegt ist – jedoch kann kaum ein Unternehmen einen längeren Ausfall seines Finanzbuchführungssystems verkraften. Da es sich zudem um ein seltenes, einmaliges Vorhaben handelte, bestand kein Zweifel, dass hier ein Projekt vorliegt (Siehe Tab. 16.1).
