Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel bietet einen umfassenden Überblick über die Vorgehensweise der empirischen Befragung. Es beginnt mit dem Untersuchungsdesign, das die Struktur und den Rahmen der Studie festlegt, um das Forschungsziel effektiv zu erreichen. Im Abschnitt zum grundlegenden Aufbau des Fragebogens wird erläutert, wie dieser konzipiert ist, um relevante Daten zu erfassen. Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil des Kapitels ist die Dokumentation der Itemsammlung für den Fragebogen, die die einzelnen Fragen und Indikatoren beschreibt, die zur Datenerhebung verwendet werden. Darüber hinaus werden die vier spezifischen Subtests vorgestellt. Hierbei werden Bewerbungsverhalten und Personalstatus, rekrutierungsspezifische und soziodemografische Indikatoren und die Einordnung des Marktakteurs bestimmt.
