Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sind Sie auch schon gewarnt worden, anderen nicht zu viel Vertrauen zu schenken, da dies ausgenutzt werden könnte? Oder gar Gefahr besteht, dass Sie keine Kontrolle mehr haben und Ihre Führung dadurch abgeben? Kritische Meinungen über dieses komplexe Thema „Vertrauen in der Führung“ gibt es überall. Dabei ist gegenseitiges Vertrauen der Schlüssel, um eine wirksame Führung erreichen zu können. So wie Sie von Ihrem Mitarbeiter erwarten, dass er Ihnen vertraut, so erwartet der Mitarbeiter auch von Ihnen, dass Sie ihm Vertrauen entgegenbringen. Im Gegensatz zur Annahme vieler kann man eine Basis von Vertrauen schnell aufbauen. Fangen Sie gleich damit an! Mit dem Verstehen der Vertrauenskonstellation kommen Sie vom Wissen zum Können. Bauen Sie ein gutes Fundament für Ihren Mitarbeiter und für Sie selbst auf. Dann können Sie davon ausgehen, dass ein gegenseitiges Vertrauen sehr schnell existieren kann. Mit der in diesem Kapitel erklärten Vertrauenskonstellation bekommen Sie einen Indikator für wirksame Führung. Der achte WINARO®-Grundgedanke bringt Sie vom bisherigen Wissen über den Vertrauensaufbau zum Können. Der Aufbau von gegenseitigem Vertrauen wird damit fassbar gemacht.
