Abstract

Zusammenfassung KUKA, ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen in der Robotik, nutzt Cross Innovation, um organisatorische Silos aufzubrechen und eine innovationsfördernde Kultur zu schaffen. Dabei arbeiten Teams aus verschiedenen Bereichen, Hierarchien und Regionen zusammen, um neue Technologien zu erkunden und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln. Die Innovations-Governance fördert Vielfalt in Entscheidungsprozessen, während globale Wettbewerbe Mitarbeitende zur Ideenfindung motivieren. Das Business Innovation Lab unterstützt skalierbare Geschäftsmodelle. Mit über 1000 innovativen Ideen auf einer internen Plattform und strategischen Workshops setzt KUKA Maßstäbe für effektive Innovation. KUKA nutzt zudem KI, um den Innovationsprozess zu verbessern und fördert durch Workshops und eine interne Innovationsgemeinschaft den Austausch von Ideen.
