Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag beleuchtet die Rolle von Cross Innovation bei der Fraport AG, dem Betreiber des Flughafens Frankfurt am Main und einem der weltweit führenden Flughafenkonzerne. Fraport nutzt Cross Innovation, um durch die Digital Factory und den Open Pitch Day externe Technologien und Ideen in sein Geschäftsmodell zu integrieren. Diese Initiativen ermöglichen die Zusammenarbeit mit Start-ups und führenden Technologieunternehmen, was zu erhöhter Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit führt. Beispiele wie die Kooperation mit Assaia und das „FRA Smartway“-Projekt demonstrieren, wie Fraport durch innovative Lösungen seine Wettbewerbsfähigkeit steigert und flexibel auf Marktveränderungen reagiert. Durch Cross Innovation sichert Fraport seine langfristige strategische Ausrichtung und seine Position als führender Akteur in der Luftverkehrsbranche.
