Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Interview mit Dr. Sina Degenfeld-Schonburg thematisiert die Bedeutung von Cross Innovation für die Bosch Forschung. Es wird beschrieben, wie durch Partnerschaften mit Start-ups, Universitäten und anderen Firmen technologische Entwicklungen vorangetrieben werden, um Herausforderungen in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Lieferkettenprobleme und Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen zu begegnen. Die Notwendigkeit eines offenen und agilen Mindsets zur Förderung von Innovationen wird betont, ebenso wie die Bedeutung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit. Cross Innovation wird als entscheidender Faktor für die zukünftige Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in einer global vernetzten und komplexen Welt dargestellt.
