Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Transformationsdruck in der Wirtschaft ist groß. Open Innovation scheint wie ein Gebot der Stunde, um externe Perspektiven konstruktiv im Innovationsmanagement zu integrieren und somit den Raum für Neues zu öffnen. Gestaltungspotenziale von kompetenzstarken und visionären Kreativen, u. a. aus Sektoren wie Design, Architektur, Games, Literatur, Bildende und Darstellende Kunst hierbei zu nutzen, scheint naheliegend. Doch übliche Praxis ist Cross Innovation im Sinne von Open Innovation mit Akteur*innen der Kreativwirtschaft nicht. Das durch Gelder des Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung kofinanzierte Projekt Cross Innovation Hub der Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft ist Pionier und Vorreiter auf diesem Terrain. Der folgende Beitrag gibt Einblick in Erfolgsfaktoren, Formate, Methoden, Ergebnisse und Potenziale von Cross Innovation mit der Kreativwirtschaft. Der Beitrag schließt ab mit Handlungsempfehlungen.
