Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Traumteam zu schaffen ist immer eine Kunst, egal ob aus außergewöhnlichen Leuten oder durchschnittlichen. Ein effektives Team sollte sich durch Vielfalt auszeichnen, sodass sich ergänzende Kompetenzen und Persönlichkeitsmerkmale seiner Mitglieder ermöglichen, Projekte effektiv umzusetzen. Den Aufbau eines Traumteams sollte jedoch damit beginnen, zu überprüfen, ob die Mitglieder einen offenen Geist haben und welche Werte sie vertreten, sowie welche Driver für sie am wichtigsten sind. Wenn Bereiche gefunden werden, in denen sie sich ähnlich sind, werden sie in der Lage sein, sich zu vereinen, eine Bindung zueinander aufzubauen und allen Widrigkeiten zu begegnen.
