Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie überprüft man, wer in unserem Team ist? Wie vermeidet man die Bildung ineffektiver Teams? Schließlich sind nicht alle für die Teamarbeit geeignet. Wie kann man erreichen, dass Individualisten mit Menschen mit einem ausgeprägten Herdentrieb zurechtkommen? Wie findet man heraus, welche Teammitglieder diese Neigungen haben, wer nach Harmonie strebt und wer es mag, mit anderen zu konkurrieren und zu wetteifern? Je unterschiedlicher die Teams, umso effektiver sind sie. Aber auch umso größere Herausforderung stellen sie für den Manager dar. Ein Team zu managen ist eine große Aufgabe und kann nicht zwischen anderen Pflichten erledigt werden. Denn um etwas über jemanden herauszufinden (ganz zu schweigen davon, ihn kennenzulernen), muss man sich für ihn interessieren, tolerant sein, offen, sich Zeit nehmen, da zu sein, zuhören.
