Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie bereitet man sich darauf vor, eine Führungsrolle zu übernehmen? Wie bewährt man sich täglich darin? Welche Eigenschaften sollte man besitzen, worauf sollte man achten? Es gibt keine universellen Lösungen, also suche nach deiner eigenen Wahrheit. Entdecke deine Driver. Deinen Führungsstil. Lass dir nicht einreden, dass jeder alles erreichen kann, was er will: ein charismatischer Leader zu sein, Massen zu begeistern oder Freude am Management zu haben. Lerne dich selbst kennen, und du wirst herausfinden, was du in der Arbeit leisten kannst, was du von dir selbst nicht verlangen solltest und was für dich passender ist – ob die Arbeit in einem Konzern oder vielleicht doch das Führen deines eigenen Geschäfts. Finde deine Komfortzone und arbeite daran, sie zu erweitern, statt sie zu verlassen.
