Abstract

Zusammenfassung An einer Studie von „The Myers-Briggs Company“ über Konflikte im Arbeitsumfeld nahmen 271 Teilnehmer alters- und geschlechtsdurchmischt teil. Die am häufigsten genannten Ursachen eines Konfliktes waren mangelnde Kommunikation (47 %) und Rollenklarheit (42 %). Mangelnde Rollenklarheit war ein genannter Punkt, den die Befragten als schwierig zu bewältigen anführten (Hackston, 2022, S. 18). Gerade bei Arbeitstagungen im Großformat ist eine vorherige Klärung der Rolle und Entwicklung des gleichen Verständnisses eines Trainers/Ermöglichers notwendig. Großgruppen-Arbeitstagung bedeutet ein großes Investment aller Ressourcen eines Unternehmens. Allein die anfallenden Opportunitätskosten sind immens. Kommt es auf einer Tagung oder davor zu Konflikten, würde das Ergebnis der Arbeitstagung leiden. Das Lösen eines Konfliktes bedeutet mehr Zeitaufwand. Die Zeit, die nötig ist, um aus einem dysfunktionalen Team ein funktionales Team zu machen, wird vor einer Großgruppen-Arbeitstagung kaum gegeben sein. Um diese Zeit zu sparen, ist eine vorherige Rollenklärung unterstützend, um es gar nicht erst zu Konflikten kommen zu lassen.
