Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel befasst sich mit den entscheidenden Fähigkeiten, die Vertriebsmitarbeitende in den kommenden Jahren in ihren Rollen brauchen. Mithilfe von fiktiven Personas werden für jede Rolle maßgebliche Fähigkeiten und persönliche Eigenschaften abgebildet. Die detaillierten Rollenbeschreibungen verdeutlichen, wie die jeweiligen Vertriebsrollen zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen und ermöglichen eine strategische Teamzusammenstellung. Zusätzlich enthält das Kapitel konkrete Empfehlungen zum Kompetenzaufbau für jede Rolle, die Führungskräften und Personalverantwortlichen eine wertvolle Orientierung bieten, um gezielte Entwicklungspläne für Mitarbeitende zu erstellen und Talente optimal zu fördern.
