Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer sich wandelnden Welt ist Anpassungsfähigkeit an Komplexität und Unsicherheit entscheidend, besonders für soziotechnische Systeme. Heutige Produktentstehungsprozesse fokussieren die Entwicklung meist auf einen Lebenszyklus mit anschließendem Recycling, vernachlässigen damit Nachhaltigkeitspotenziale. Durch die Integration der Kreislaufwirtschaft in die Produktentwicklung können Systeme für spätere Wieder- und Weiterverwendung entwickelt werden. Das Modell der SGE – Systemgenerationsentwicklung nach Albers bietet die Grundlage, um die generationsübergreifende Entwicklung zu ermöglichen. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, wie mit Unsicherheit bei Technologien und Umfeldern umgegangen werden kann und erläutert, wie generationsübergreifende Modellierung eine kontinuierliche, zirkuläre Systemevolution ermöglicht. Hierfür werden die auf der SGE basierenden Cross-Generational (CG) Strategies als Grundlage für einen generationsübergreifenden Produktentstehungsprozess (CG-PEP) vorgestellt.
