Abstract

Zusammenfassung Lernkultur baut auf der Lernhaltung im Team und in der Organisation auf. Gemeinsam bilden Lernhaltung und Lernkultur die Grundlage, auf der das Lernen auch in herausfordernden, turbulenten und unsicheren Zeiten gelingt. In einer Lernkultur erreichen wir erfolgreicher unsere Ziele, lösen Probleme effektiver und gehen mit Veränderungen konstruktiver um. Wir können eine Lernkultur gestalten, indem wir fünf Aspekte angehen: Zunächst braucht es ein gemeinsames Verständnis, dass Lernen erforderlich für den Team- oder Unternehmenserfolg ist und von der Führungskraft gewünscht und erwartet wird. Zweitens gilt es, psychologische Sicherheit und drittens Vertrauen zu stärken. Viertens sollten wir Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung im Team und in der Organisation fördern. Und fünftens gilt es, die Denk- und Handlungsmuster des Lernens einzuüben, sodass sie mehr und mehr zum normalen Modus Operandi der Menschen im Team und in der Organisation werden.
