Abstract

Zusammenfassung Steht die Einführung eines PMO aktuell bevor, stellen sich schnell zwei zentrale Fragen das richtige Setup betreffend. Es muss zunächst entschieden werden, wie das PMO im Unternehmen positioniert werden soll (WO?). Und es stellt sich die Frage nach der richtigen Besetzung (WER?). In Kap. 4 soll auf diese beiden Fragestellungen eingegangen werden.
