Abstract

Zusammenfassung Strategie ist ein allgemeingültiger Handlungsleitfaden für jede denkbare Situation in einer Organisation. Ziele beschreiben einen erstrebenswerten Zustand, dessen Erreichung durch quantitative Messpunkte überprüft wird. Die qualitativen Ziele beschreiben den Purpose, das Why der Organisation, die Werte, für die die Organisation steht. Aus den Zielen werden Handlungen abgeleitet, deren Wirkung auf die Ziele mittels der definierten quantitativen Messpunkte überprüft werden. Arbeit leitet sich so unmittelbar aus der Strategie ab und wird in regelmäßigen kleinen Schritten auf ihre Wirksamkeit überprüft. Damit entwickelt die Organisation die Sensorik, die sie für Veränderungen in den Märkten oder Anforderungen sensibel macht. Die kontinuierliche Strategiearbeit führt zu kontinuierlicher Passgenauigkeit der Strategie und damit zu andauernder Anpassung und Verbesserung.
