Abstract

Zusammenfassung Structure, structure, structure! Ergebnisse und vor allem kontinuierliche Ergebnisse können nur mit einer entsprechenden Struktur erzielt werden. Agilität ist weit davon entfernt, chaotisch zu sein. Sie erfahren im nachfolgenden Kapitel, wie Sie eine entsprechende Struktur umsetzen. Dies beinhaltet ebenso Richtlinien wie auch jeweilige Tools. Transformationsprojekte weisen viele Projektbeteiligte auf, hier muss für jeden Einzelnen klar und deutlich erkennbar sein, wie was und wo zu finden ist. Methoden, Templates werden ebenfalls detailliert erläutert. Auch die Findung eines Pilotprojektes wird ausführlich erläutert, denn die Auswahl eines ersten Projektes ist ein entscheidendes Kriterium für die Akzeptanz des Wandels. Weiter erhalten Sie Inspirationen und Insides von kreativen Formaten, wie Sie am besten Change-Begeisterung sozusagen verbreiten, um auch temporäre Durststrecken zu überwinden. Nichtsdestotrotz ist ein wichtiger Punkt in der Transformation „Selbstverantwortung“, auch hierzu finden Sie Hands-on-Know-how.
