Abstract

Zusammenfassung Egal ob Ihr Mitarbeiter selbst den Mut hatte, auf Sie zuzugehen und seine vermeintliche Unzulänglichkeit zu gestehen, oder ob Sie ihn aufgrund von Wahrnehmungen Ihrerseits oder der Kollegen ansprechen: Gratulieren Sie ihm, wenn er seine, wie auch immer aussehende, Erschöpfung zugibt! Als Menschen sind wir gewohnt, dass unsere Schilderungen vom Gegenüber reduziert, nicht nachvollziehbar, lächerlich gemacht, infrage gestellt, entwertet, rationalisiert usw. werden. Also braucht es wirklich Mut, sich zu offenbaren und zu seiner Situation zu stehen. Deshalb sollten Sie das als Zeichen des Vertrauens erachten.
