Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mein Weg zur Methode rep:grid war lang. 1998, als junger und noch recht unerfahrener Coach hatte ich einen Auftrag erhalten, die Organisationsanalyse eines Vertriebsbereiches durchzuführen. In einem ausführlichen Gespräch unterhielt ich mich mit dem Abteilungsleiter über die Situation und erarbeitete dementsprechend einen Fragebogen für die spätere Befragung. Durch Interviews wollte ich auf der einen Seite das Verständnis für die Fragen absichern und auf der anderen Seite durch weitere Aussagen der Befragten zusätzliche qualitative Informationen sammeln.
