Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung hat sowohl positive als auch negative Auswirkungen auf unsere Gesellschaft, welche sich mitten in einem fundamentalen Transformationsprozess befindet. Mit den 17 Zielen nachhaltiger Entwicklung wird ein normativer Kompass definiert, um die Digitalisierung in den Dienst des Menschen zu stellen. Man spricht auch von der Zwillingstransformation. Um dies zu erreichen, müssen neue Kompetenzen entwickelt werden. Studien des Stifterverbands in Kooperation mit McKinsey & Company legen nahe, dass Unternehmen transformativen Kompetenzen einen höheren Stellenwert beimessen. Ein Beispiel dafür ist die Summer School ‘Fit for Future’, bei der Erfahrungslernen eingesetzt wird, um solche Kompetenzen zu entwickeln. Im September 2022 wurde ein Pilotprojekt durchgeführt, bei dem zivilgesellschaftliches Engagement mit theoretischer Reflexion verbunden wurde. Es liegen nun erste Erkenntnisse darüber vor, unter welchen Bedingungen regionale Transformationsprozesse gelingen können.
