Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel steht die Zusammenstellung eines umfassenden Katalogs aller relevanten Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen einer Führungskraft im Mittelpunkt. Die Grundlage bildet ein pragmatisches, primär auf Vollständigkeit ausgelegtes Rahmen- resp. Kompetenzmodell. Es umfasst die Dimensionen Fach- und Methodenkompetenz, persönliche Kompetenzen, Leistungsvermögen und operative Fähigkeiten, Intelligenz und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, emotionale Intelligenz und Kompetenzen sowie soziale Kompetenzen. Mehrheitlich haben diese für die Führung in Wirtschaft und Politik gleichermaßen Gültigkeit. Auf die unternehmensspezifischen Management- und Leadership-Kompetenzen im engeren Sinne wird im Teil II eingegangen.
