Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine ethische und prinzipiengeleitete Ausrichtung wird als ein Hauptmerkmal echter respektive guter Leader erachtet. In diesem Kapitel wird aufgezeigt, dass neben Gesetzestreue einige universelle Prinzipien wie Nachhaltigkeit, Gemeinsinn und die Gleichwertigkeit aller Menschen ebenso vorhanden sein müssen wie ein hohes Maß an Integrität und Verlässlichkeit und weitere wichtige praktische ethisch-moralische Grundsätze. Zusätzlich zeichnet sich ein Leader durch ein eigenständiges Profil an persönlichen Prinzipien aus. Diese bestimmen zu einem Teil das Format und geben anderen Menschen Orientierung. Der Fokus dieses Kapitels liegt auf ethischer Führung und Werten.
