Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem abschließenden Kapitel werden die wichtigsten Erkenntnisse des Buchs zusammengefasst. Während das sich in der Wirtschaft immer weiter ausbreitende New Leadership in eine positive Zukunft weist, weil der damit verbundene Trend zu menschenorientierter gestalteten Unternehmen und Führungsbeziehungen unumkehrbar erscheint, bereiten verschiedene Entwicklungen auf der politischen und gesellschaftlichen Ebene eher Grund zur Sorge. Dieses Buch will nicht nur New Leadership in der Wirtschaft weiterverbreiten, sondern auch die Erkenntnisse der modernen Führungsforschung und -praxis auf die genannten Felder übertragen. Dass die Welt mehr gutes Leadership benötigt, scheint unbestritten. Was es dazu braucht, wird in diesem Kapitel noch einmal auf den Punkt gebracht.
