Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachdem Sie die letzten sechs Kapitel gelesen haben, besteht nun die Gefahr, dass Sie sich steif und unnatürlich fühlen, dass Sie meinen, Sie müssten eine bestimmte Art und Weise annehmen, um eine Wirkung zu erzielen, wenn Sie sprechen. Der RICH-IMPACT-Ansatz ist das ganz sicher nicht. Die Idee ist, dass Sie aus den Punkten, die ich bisher beschrieben habe, einige auswählen, die am besten Ihren Typ unterstreichen. Womöglich einige etwas anpassen. Und dann finden Sie Ihren ganz eigenen Weg und setzen ihn konsequent und bewusst um. Seien Sie Sie selbst, werden Sie nicht zu einem sprechenden Kopf – egal, in welcher Art von Kommunikation.
