Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Kardinalsünde des Redens ist: langweilig zu sein. Wenn Sie mit einer monotonen Stimme sprechen, deren Tonfall, Betonung oder Geschwindigkeit kaum variiert, werden Sie keine Verbindung herstellen und Ihr Publikum höchstwahrscheinlich einschlafen lassen. Und wenn Sie zu schnell oder im gleichen Tempo sprechen, könnte das gleiche Ergebnis eintreten. Die meisten Maschinen „sprechen“ heute noch in dieser Art von andauernder Gleichheit.
