Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kap. 9 wird der letzte Schritt des allgemeinen heuristischen Problemlösungsverfahrens erläutert. Es handelt sich um den Schritt 7 „Gesamtbeurteilung der Varianten und Entscheidung“. Zuerst wird gezeigt, wie irrelevante Varianten eliminiert werden können. Dies führt zu einer Vereinfachung des Entscheidungsproblems. Darauf wird die Frage beantwortet, ob analytisch oder summarisch vorgegangen werden soll. Anschließend wird in einem längeren Abschnitt gezeigt, wie im Falle des analytischen Vorgehens die Einzelkonsequenzen der Varianten zu ihren Gesamtkonsequenzen zusammengefasst werden können. Dazu werden die wichtigsten Entscheidungsmaximen eingeführt und ihre Anwendung anhand von Beispielen erläutert. Es folgen Ausführungen zur Herausarbeitung der wichtigsten Stärken und Schwächen der Varianten im Falle des summarischen Vorgehens. Das Kapitel schließt mit Aussagen zum Treffen der Entscheidung.
