Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kap. 7 werden die ersten beiden Schritte des allgemeinen heuristischen Problemlösungsverfahrens erläutert. In Schritt 1 „Verifizierung des entdecken Entscheidungsproblems“ werden Fragen gestellt. Ihre Beantwortung zeigt, ob es sich lohnt, das Entscheidungsproblem weiter zu bearbeiten oder nicht. Darauf wird der Schritt 2 „Problemanalyse“ erläutert. Es handelt sich nach Auffassung der Autoren um den wichtigsten und gleichzeitig schwierigsten Schritt zur Lösung eines komplexen Entscheidungsproblems. Er lässt sich in drei Unterschritte unterteilen. Diese werden detailliert beschrieben und mit Beispielen konkretisiert.
