Abstract

Zusammenfassung In den vorangegangenen Kapiteln ist der wichtige Kontext beschrieben worden, in dem die Umsetzung der Smart-Work-Experience für eine bessere Arbeitswelt der Zukunft stattfinden wird. Die Arbeitswelt befindet sich bereits heute in den Anfängen eines fundamentalen technologischen Wandels (Kap. 1). Die drei Kernelemente der neuen Arbeitswelt umfassen das Maschinelle, das Vernetzte und das Kollaborative (Kap. 2). Mit der Gestaltung einer Smart-Work-Experience für alle Mitarbeiter*innen leitet ein Unternehmen eine bewusste Reise in Richtung zukünftigen Arbeitens ein.
